Processing a refund usually takes up to 7 days after we have processed the returned goods.
Please also note that if you have paid with a credit card, you might either:
- Receive a direct refund which will be visible on the account linked to your credit card OR
- The bank might simply cancel the original transaction, meaning that this transaction will be deleted from your account and neither the original transaction or a refund will be visible.
Please track your credit card transactions to make sure you receive your refund or the original transaction is canceled.
NB: We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however, due to the current pandemic, processing times can take 1-3 days from when the package is received. You will receive an email confirmation when we have processed your return and then again when your refund has been issued.
