We have free returns on orders* over €50 // $55 // 350 DKK within the EU and UK.
A new and unused product can be returned in its original and intact packaging (box) for a full refund or in exchange for another product within 30 days of the initial delivery. Base layers cannot be returned if worn.
Please follow this link messyweekend.returnscenter.com to initiate the return and to receive a prepaid return label. Once you have received the return label, you have 14 days to send the package back to us. Please note any express shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Products in the outlet collection (refurbished and discontinued products) are exempt from our regular returns policy and should be returned at your own cost. Once we have received the return you will be issued a shopping voucher on messyweekend.com for the same amount of the initial purchase.
- All sales of products from exclusive collaborations are final and cannot be returned. This includes the MAV TM x MessyWeekend collection and the BBA x MessyWeekend collection.

Ship with any carrier of your choice (tracking required). MessyWeekend will reimburse up to 10 USD // 13 AUD // 14 NZD // 9 CHF // 85 NOK // 13 CAD of the cost of the return shipping.
How long does it take to process my return order?
Once you have submitted your return request, we will send a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days.
Returns are shipped with the same shipping method as the order.
NB: Due to COVID-19, there can be shipping delays on all orders and returns.
Returns shipped with the free shipping option can currently take up to 4-6 weeks to get delivered back to us.
When the returned item is received by our warehouse and provided that it complies with our return policy (new and unused product), we will refund to your original payment method or send the exchange product. Please note that payments can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned goods will be refunded excluding express shipping costs.
NB: Due to COVID-19, processing times of returns have been extended 5-7 business days, as our team is still working part-time from home for their own safety and protection. You will be notified when your return has been processed and again when your refund/exchange has been issued. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!
