A new and unused product can be returned in original and intact packaging (box) for a full refund or store credit within 14 days from the initial delivery. Please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return and to receive a prepaid return label. Please note any express shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process my return order?
Once you have informed us that you wish to return your order, we will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
When the returned item is received by our warehouse and provided that it complies with our return policy (new and unused product), we will refund to your original payment method. Please note that payments can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned goods will be refunded excluding express shipping costs.
DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURN
Once the package has been returned to our office, it is processed before we proceed to the approval of the refund. The product must have been sent to our office within 14 days of when the order was received, it must not have been used, and must be in its original box with the case and any label that accompanied it.
If your return is approved, a complete refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued within 7 working days and you will be notified of the transaction by e-mail. Once the refund has been issued, you can expect it to be in force within 5-10 working days.
